Psalm 18:30

30 As for God,
his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
I was a bird-brain once.
Wise to the ways of the world.
Flying loftily, with no real direction.
Till GOD said, "ENOUGH of that foolishness!"
Of course, GOD knew it would take a while.
Bird brain, remember?
GOD had forever; I didn't.
The reckoning came nearly three years ago.
I wanted to think BIG.
GOD gave me a born again brain.
Awakened by the SPIRIT of GOD, I saw the accelerating chaos in the world.
We've become too many bird-brains around.
I can almost hear real birds refusing to be aligned with us.
After all, real birds have homing devices.
They know when to migrate, where to eat, what to avoid.
They have such natural intelligence.
They're subject to the laws of creation.
How GOD loves sparrows.
Matthew 10:29

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing?
and one of them shall not fall on the ground
without your Father.
Humans?
We keep at foolishness, long after we should have stopped.
Birds don't sin.
Humans do.
Birds have survival instincts.
Humans could do a better job.
I forgive the birds for not wanting to have anything to do with us.
But you know what being bird-brain means, right?
Tiny brains, folks.
We have such tiny, ossified, calcified brains.
I'd rather we have big hearts, and tiny brains.
Rather than tiny hearts, and tiny brains.
Recipe for disaster.
That's why the LORD JESUS was sent.
And He gave up His life for unbelieving generations, that we may be saved.
GOD saved me in the nick of time, over 30 months ago.
Of course, a challenge presented itself:
Now, how do I pack this knowledge in this tiny brain of hers?
Hmm...
GOD knew what to do.
Take away everything she has, and had.
Make nothing work for her.
GROW a NEW brain.
GIVE her a NEW heart.
GOD was pleased.
Now, former bird brain can fly with SPIRIT.
He is presented as a white dove, after all.
